LAF's Green New Deal Superstudio

The Green New Deal Superstudio is a national conversation about how the framework of the Green New Deal can be translated into actual projects, and where, as a matter of priority, these projects should take place, what will they look like, who will they serve, and how will they be implemented.

LARCP's 5th Year GND Superstudio

"Our studio is addressing climate change through a variety of topics such as renewable energy, urban hydrology, regional scale hydrology, urban agriculture, as well as looking at certain cultural aspects that make each region unique."

"We are focused on the city scale approach to address planning policy, programming initiatives to ultimately create a design. We are striving to break the cycle of poverty and historical injustices in the community."

"In our studio, we are addressing climate change by translating the goals of the Green New Deal into the design and planning of MLK Park in Kansas City, Missouri. The project scope is defined by environmental, social, and economic factors."
